Gerishom has 15 years’ experience as a Human Resource Development Consultant,
Team Building facilitator and a Motivational Speaker.
He has trained over 150 companies both government agencies, parastatals and
learning institutions in 17 countries.
He is a graduate in Bachelor of Commerce with a higher Diploma in marketing and
management and also a member of CIM.
Some of his achievements include;
- Best Service Leadership award by PLO Lumumba Foundation 2019.
- Founder of Ds Max Foundation. Mentored over 63,000 young people into Entrepreneurship.
- Awarded an International Ambassador of Peace by Martin Luther King Foundation and Global Peace Federation.
- Served as the President of World Youth Assembly in Geneva . 2010-2014
- He has twenty three years’ experience is Telecommunication sales management.
- Gerishom has facilitated trainings for NHIF, CDF, Kentraco, NSSF, Safaricom, Barclays, Eclectise Interantional, Washiton State University Union of Kenya civil servants (UKCS), Kenya pipeline, Center for health solutions among other.
